Dalil is now Vetta.
How a guide became a summit.
Every deal has a summit. For two years, we called ourselves a guide. This is the story of how the product outgrew its name, and why the new one points to where you are going.
Chapter I · 2024
A guide
Dalil was born as an AI CRM with a conversational soul. Most CRMs wait for someone to type in what happened. Dalil listened instead: LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp ran straight into it, so it could read what buyers actually said and help you make sense of every contact and every deal.
In Arabic, dalil (دليل) means guide. For a CRM that walked you through your conversations, the name fit. It fit as long as the work started when a conversation arrived.

Chapter II · 2025
Climbing in a whiteout
In April 2025 a new team took the lead: Giuseppe Manzone, after fourteen years selling B2B across Europe and the Middle East, and Sagnik Nath as CTO, who had built Rooter.gg to five million monthly users. The first thing we did was watch how the teams using Dalil actually sold.
The conversation was the last stop, not the first. Before a buyer ever replied, there was a tool to find the leads, another to enrich them, a sequencer for LinkedIn, a second one for email, WhatsApp on someone’s phone. By the time anything reached the CRM, the climb had happened somewhere else.
Each tool learned a piece of the buyer and passed on less than it knew. The reply on LinkedIn never reached the email sequence, which kept writing as if nothing had happened. People became the glue: exporting lists, copying statuses, paying six bills for six logins.
Then AI landed on top of the pile. An assistant asked about a deal had to stitch its answer together from tools that never agreed with each other, and that is where it started to guess. Plenty of gear, and no idea where the route was.
“We couldn’t find a single tool that connected conversations, CRM and outreach without asking us to manage four others just to hold it together.”

Chapter III
One rope
So instead of adding a seventh tool, we let Dalil take on the jobs around it, one stop at a time.
It took on the outreach: sequences that write from the record, in your voice, across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, with every reply landing back on the same thread. It took on the leads: agents that watch for the people showing intent and enrich them before the first word. It took on the follow-through: a CRM that keeps every deal current from the conversations themselves, and workflows so nobody has to remember the next step.
Every step moved the starting line earlier. Dalil began when a conversation arrived. Now the work begins when a buyer shows intent, before you have even met.
And because more of that work now happens inside AI clients, we opened it to them: more than 95 MCP tools that let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work on your real records, with the rules travelling alongside. One source of truth, so the model reads instead of guessing.

Chapter IV · 2026
A name for the summit
By then the old name described a smaller product. A guide walks beside you through your conversations. What we had built carries a lead from the first signal to the signed deal. The name had to follow.
Vetta is Italian for summit. Dalil named what the product was; Vetta names where it takes you. Every deal has a summit, and the work of a sales team is the climb toward it.
The new mark is that idea, drawn: a mountain of flat, lit faces whose top turns jade above the snow line. The top of the mountain is where the green is. And the guides did not go anywhere: you will find them on every page, leading the climb in black and jade.
Dalil, now Vetta

Epilogue
Same rope, a higher summit
If you climbed with Dalil, thank you. You helped shape what Vetta is. Nothing changes on your side: same account, same data, same people on the other end. We have written to every customer with the details; if our email did not reach you, write to us and we will send it again.
And if you are here for the first time, welcome. The route is open.
