Connect · every stop

Connect the stack you have to the record that matters.

Over a hundred one-click integrations for the tools most teams run, Zapier and Make for the long tail, and documented REST, GraphQL and webhook surfaces for everything you built yourself.

  • 100+ native integrations
  • REST, GraphQL and webhooks

What teams connect first

The tools already in the middle of the working day.

  • Email and calendar

Gmail and calendar connected so meetings and threads land on the right record without anyone forwarding anything.

  • Tell the team

Push wins, risks and new opportunities into the Slack channel where the conversation is already happening.

  • Billing and revenue

Connect Stripe so what a customer actually pays is visible next to what the deal said they would.

  • Spreadsheets, still

Read from and write to Google Sheets for the reporting and hand-offs that stubbornly live there.

  • The long tail

Zapier and Make cover thousands of apps that will never justify a native connector, with no engineering time.

  • Your own systems

REST, GraphQL and webhooks for the internal tools nobody else has, with a documented and stable surface.

01One click

Mailboxes, calendars and channels, connected once

Connect Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and your calendars from Settings. You authorise the tool and it starts working, with no engineering involvement, and every conversation and meeting flows onto the right record.

  • Authorise the tool and it starts working
  • Threads and meetings land on the right record
  • Every account shows its owner and last sync

02Four routes in

Pick the one that fits the job

A native connector for the tools everyone runs, Zapier or Make when it is not worth engineering time, a webhook for your own service, and MCP when you want an AI client driving it. All on scoped, revocable keys.

  • Native, no-code, webhook or MCP
  • Workspace-scoped keys with expiry
  • Revoke any key at any time

03Build on it

A documented surface, not a private door

Full CRUD over every object through REST, full-text search through GraphQL, and webhooks that push events to you as they happen. The same surface Vetta’s own MCP server uses is the one you get.

  • Full CRUD across every object
  • Cursor-based pagination
  • A thousand requests a minute

04Real time

Events pushed to you, never polled

Subscribe to the events you care about, such as deal changes or contact creation, and Vetta pushes them to your endpoint in real time rather than making you poll for changes.

  • Subscribe per event type
  • Delivered to your endpoint as it happens
  • Real-time webhooks, no polling

Questions

Integrations and APIs, explained

What connects with one click?

Over a hundred native integrations, including Gmail, Slack, Calendly, Notion, Google Sheets, Stripe and HubSpot. You authorise the tool and it starts working, with no engineering involvement.

What if my tool is not in the directory?

You have three routes: Zapier or Make for thousands of long-tail apps, webhooks to push events to your own service in real time, and the REST and GraphQL APIs for anything bespoke.

What does the API cover?

Full CRUD across every Vetta object: contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, sequences, workflows and pipelines. Search runs through GraphQL, which returns ids you then fetch over REST.

What are the rate limits?

A thousand requests a minute. Pagination is cursor based, so large exports walk through the data predictably rather than timing out on an offset.

How do webhooks work?

Subscribe to the events you care about, such as deal changes or contact creation, and Vetta pushes them to your endpoint in real time rather than making you poll for changes.

How do I connect an AI tool?

Through Vetta MCP. Point Claude Desktop, Claude Code or your own agent at the MCP server and it can read and write your workspace directly, with the same scoped keys and audit trail.
