What does Vetta enrich?
For a person: a verified work email, a mobile or direct number, the LinkedIn profile, recent posts, likes and comments, and the full work history. For a company: size, industry, HQ location and founding year, its LinkedIn page and recent posts, open roles, and the decision-makers to contact, linked to your CRM records.
What is waterfall enrichment?
Instead of asking one data source and giving up, Vetta queries several in sequence. If the first has no match, it tries the next, and stops as soon as one returns a verified address. That is why the fill rate is far higher than any single provider on its own.
How many credits does each enrichment cost?
Each data point has a set cost, shown before you run: 2 credits for a verified email, 18 for a phone number, 0.5 for basic details or a work history, 1 for a post history and 3 for a company profile. As an example, 1,000 credits gets you around 500 verified emails, 55 phone numbers, or 500 LinkedIn profile enrichments.
What happens if nothing is found?
Nothing is charged. If Vetta cannot find the requested data point, no credit is deducted. You only pay for what we actually find.
What is a credit?
Credits are the currency that powers AI actions and data enrichment inside Vetta, things like finding a verified email, looking up a phone number, or running an AI action on a record. Every workspace includes 1,000 credits every month in the base plan. Credits are shared across your whole team and never expire, so anything you do not use carries over.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly available professional information: profile pages, company pages, published posts and comments, careers pages and public funding announcements, accessed through Vetta’s official data partners and integrations.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Vetta processes public B2B professional data under legitimate interest, hosts in the European Union, and honours opt-out and deletion requests permanently across your workspace.
