Turn LinkedIn from a feed into a pipeline.
Profile visits, connection requests and messages in your voice, sent automatically with human pacing. Every accept, read and reply synced straight to the deal.
- 1 social account included in your plan
- Human-like limits on every account
The motion
The LinkedIn motion you would run by hand, run for every lead, every day.
Every step stops the moment they reply or book.
Profile visit
They see your name first, so the request that follows is from someone they have already noticed.
Connection request
Sent with no note. It reads as networking, not outreach, so it gets accepted more.
First message
Delivered once you are connected, and it references what they posted or commented on.
Follow-up
Spaced over days: one insight, no pitch, in your voice.
Agents and sequences
Find them in the agent, run every LinkedIn step in the sequence.
The agent shows the leads it found and where each one is on LinkedIn. The visits, invites and messages run on the sequence underneath, which you can open and change at any time.
- 01
One view in the agent
Invite sent, accepted, message read or replied: each lead’s LinkedIn progress next to the signal that found them.
- 02
LinkedIn steps in the sequence
Profile visits, invites and messages, the accounts they send from and the conditions between them, set step by step.
- 03
Or build one yourself
Build a LinkedIn sequence from scratch under Automation, Sequences, for any list of leads, with the same steps and limits.
01Sequences
Visit, connect, message, on a schedule that feels human
Build the exact LinkedIn motion you would run by hand: a profile visit so they see your name, a clean connection request, then messages spaced over days. Vetta executes it for every lead, every day.
- Profile visits that warm the lead first
- No-note requests for higher accept rates
- Follow-ups that stop on reply or booking
02Chrome extension
From LinkedIn search to running sequence in one click
Select profiles from any search, post or event page with the Vetta Chrome Extension. They arrive in the CRM enriched with verified email and phone, already assigned to the sequence you chose.
- Batch-select from search results and posts
- Enrich on import: email, phone, company data
- Straight into the sequence, no CSV step
03Account safety
Limits a human would keep, enforced by the machine
Every account gets daily and weekly caps on messages, requests and visits, spread naturally through the working day. High enough to build pipeline every week, low enough to keep your account boring to LinkedIn.
- Per-account caps, tracked live
- Natural gaps between actions
- Automatic slow-down when limits approach
04When a send fails
Every failed send, with its reason
LinkedIn says no for many reasons: an invite declined before, a locked profile, a connection timing out. The sequence lists each failed send with the reason it got, so you retry the temporary ones and leave the rest.
- Failed leads and failed senders, listed apart
- The reason given for every failed send
- Retry the temporary failures in one click
05CRM native
Every DM becomes deal context, automatically
LinkedIn conversations do not live and die in a browser tab. Each message, accept and reply is logged on the contact and deal record, so the whole team sees the relationship, not just the rep who owns the account.
- Full threads attached to the record
- Replies land in the unified inbox
- Stage updates from booking links
- 20
- messages a day per account, humanly paced
- 600
- LinkedIn touches per account, per month
- 100%
- of conversations synced to the CRM record
On the route
LinkedIn sequences is the reach out stop. Every lead climbs on from here.

Questions
LinkedIn sequences, explained
Is automating LinkedIn safe for my account?
Vetta enforces human-like limits per account: around 20 messages a day, capped connection requests per week, and actions spread through the working day with natural gaps. You stay well inside the behavior of an active human user.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. Sequences and the Chrome extension work with a standard LinkedIn account. If you do use Sales Navigator, its searches make great import lists, but nothing in Vetta requires it.
What happens when someone replies?
The sequence pauses for that lead instantly, the conversation lands in your unified inbox, and the full thread is logged on their CRM record. Vetta drafts a suggested reply from the deal context for you to review and send.
How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?
Your plan includes 1 social account (LinkedIn or WhatsApp). You can add more at $19 a month each, and each one sends its own sequences with its own safety limits.
Why send connection requests without a note?
Because they get accepted more. A bare request reads as a normal networking touch; a pitch in the note reads as outreach. Vetta sends the request clean, then delivers the personalized message once you are connected.
