Vetta Brain: AI insights on every record

Vetta Brain reads a record's conversations, notes and meeting notes and turns them into insights, sentiment, watchpoints and next steps you apply with a click.

Updated October 25, 2026 · 5 min read

Vetta Brain is the AI layer on every person and opportunity. It reads everything Vetta already holds about the record (email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp conversations, notes, and AI meeting notes) over a time window you choose, and turns it into a short brief: what is happening, how the relationship feels, what could go wrong, and what to do next. It is the thirty-second read you want before a call.

Vetta Brain suggests; you decide. Nothing on the record changes until you click a suggestion.

What Vetta Brain does

Open any person or opportunity and go to the Vetta AI tab. Vetta Brain shows the latest run, with the time it was generated and the window it covered ("last 14d"). The brief is split into four views:

  • Insights: an AI overview of where things stand, the Key requests the contact has made (ranked High, Med, Low), and Recommended next actions
  • Sentiment: how the relationship is trending across the window, What's working and Where it could slip
  • Watchpoints: risks worth keeping an eye on, like a stalled reply or an open objection
  • Suggestions: concrete actions you can apply in one click

Getting a call-ready brief on a contact in thirty seconds. Open the record's Vetta AI tab: Vetta Brain reads recent conversations, notes and meeting notes to give an overview, what they asked for and what to do next, plus Sentiment on how things are trending and Watchpoints for risks. Each suggestion becomes a task or note in one click, and History keeps every run. Start a new run with a window from a week to two months; longer uses a few more credits.

Transcript

Before a call, you want the whole story in thirty seconds. Open the record's Vetta AI tab. Vetta Brain reads recent conversations, notes and meeting notes, and gives you an overview, what they've asked for, and what to do next. Sentiment shows how things are trending, and where they could slip. Watchpoints flag the risks. And each suggestion turns into a task or a note with one click. History keeps every run, so you can look back at an earlier one. For a fresh read, start a new run and pick how far back it should look, from a week to two months. A longer window uses a few more credits. Then generate, and the new brief is ready in moments. Before each call, Alex asks Claude for a brief. Claude reads Sofia's history, saves a brief and a task. Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant you connect to Vetta works on your real workspace, so ask before every call, then give it bigger jobs. In Vetta, read the note on her record, then call.

Choosing the time window

The first time you open the tab, Vetta Brain asks how far back to read. Pick a Look-back window of 7, 14, 30 or 60 days and click Generate insights. Under the slider, Vetta shows how many credits the run uses before you start it. Vetta then reads conversations, then meeting notes, analyses sentiment and writes the brief.

WindowCredits per runUse it when
7 days1You want the latest state of an active deal
14 days1.5Default: a good balance for most records
30 days3A slower deal or a relationship with gaps
60 days6A full picture before a review or a handover

Longer windows read more history, so they cost more credits and take longer. Use Regenerate (or + New insights run in History) to run it again with fresh activity, and pick a new window each time.

Sentiment and watchpoints

Sentiment gives you the direction of the relationship ("Sentiment trending improving across the last 14 days"), with what is going well and where it could slip. Watchpoints lists the risks Vetta Brain spotted, so you can act before a deal goes quiet.

Suggestions

Each suggestion comes with the button to act on it: Create a Task, Create a Note, Save as draft for a reply, Update record when the conversation revealed something that belongs in a field, and, where it applies, Update Task, Update Note or Create a Contact. Nothing changes until you click.

ℹ️

Vetta Brain reads and suggests. It does not create opportunities, move deal stages, set deal values or compute close probabilities on its own. A stage changes when someone moves it, or when a workflow you built moves it.

Insight history

Every run is kept. Open History to see Past runs with the window each one used, switch to an older run to compare, or start a New insights run.

Where the data comes from

Vetta Brain only knows what reaches Vetta. Connect your email and calendar, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and turn on the AI meeting note taker: the more real activity flows in, the sharper the brief.

Common questions

Where do I find Vetta Brain?

Open any person or opportunity and go to the Vetta AI tab. It shows the latest run, when it was generated and the window it covered. See What Vetta Brain does.

Does Vetta Brain change my deals automatically?

No. It suggests tasks, notes, draft replies and field updates, and each one waits for you to click. It never creates an opportunity, sets an amount or moves a stage by itself. See Suggestions.

Can the insights be wrong?

They are generated by AI from your data, so treat them as a well-read colleague's take, not a verdict. Your judgment comes first. See What Vetta Brain does.

Why does a record say there is no recent activity?

Nothing happened on it inside the window you picked. Try a longer look-back window. See Choosing the time window.

How many credits does a run cost?

It depends on the look-back window: 1 credit for 7 days, 1.5 for 14, 3 for 30 and 6 for 60. Vetta shows the cost under the slider before you start. See Choosing the time window.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Vetta tells you there are not enough credits to generate insights, and nothing is charged. Past runs stay in History. Top up, or wait for your monthly credits, and run it again. See Choosing the time window.

Can I see previous runs?

Yes. Open History to see Past runs with the window each one used, switch to an older run to compare, or start a New insights run. See Insight history.

What happened to the deal score?

Vetta Brain replaced the single 0 to 100 score: instead of a number, you get the reasons behind it and what to do next. See What Vetta Brain does.

Key outcome

Every person and opportunity now carries its own brief: where things stand, what the contact asked for, how the relationship is trending and what to do next. You stay in control, because each suggestion becomes a task, a note, a draft or a field update only when you click it.
