Registration & plan selection
How to register your account, what happens in onboarding, how the 7-day free trial works and which plan levers to adjust.
Updated October 25, 2026 · 7 min read
Registration takes a minute, and everything after it is guided: onboarding sets up your workspace for you, then you pick your plan and start a 7-day free trial.
Step 1: Register your account
Two registration methods are available:
- Email & Password: Supply an email address, create a password, and verify through a confirmation message (check your spam folder if needed)
- Google or Microsoft SSO: Use existing credentials for immediate access
Use your work email: Vetta looks up your company from its domain.
Step 2: Run onboarding
You go straight into onboarding. Vetta confirms your company, asks for your name and role, interviews you in six short questions prefilled from your website, then builds your workspace, lead agent and outreach sequence and finds your first leads. Your workspace is named after your company, and you can invite teammates later from Settings. See Onboarding: your first hour in Vetta for every step.
Step 3: Select your plan
Vetta has a single plan: $99 a month, with everything included and nothing gated behind a higher tier. That covers:
- 1 Lead Scout agent, scouting 20 signals a week
- 1 seat, full access
- 1 social account (LinkedIn or WhatsApp)
- 5 mailbox syncs (Gmail or Outlook)
- 1,000 AI and enrichment credits a month
- Unlimited records, custom fields, pipelines and workflow automation
- Multichannel sequences, unified inbox, Vetta Brain, and Vetta WhatsApp agent
- Integrations with n8n, Zapier and Fathom, plus MCP and dedicated Claude skills
From there, add only what your team needs, priced lever by lever: extra users at $39 a month each, extra social accounts at $19 a month each, extra mailbox syncs at $3 a month each, extra credits in blocks of 1,000 starting at $15 a block, extra Lead Scout agents at $29 a month each, and managed sending inboxes starting from $5 a month each.
You can see and change all of this at any time in Settings > Billing. The Overview tab shows your current monthly bill (the base plan plus each add-on) and a meter for each lever: users, social accounts, mailbox syncs and Lead Scout agents, each against what your plan includes. Switch to Line items to see the included amount, what is in use, the unit price and the monthly cost of each line.
Where to see and manage what you pay in Vetta. In Settings, under Billing, the Overview shows your current bill (base plan plus add-ons), the next invoice date and a usage meter with line items for unit prices. The tabs cover Social accounts, Users (seats), Mailboxes, Credits (what is left this cycle, buy more, auto top-up and an activity log) and Invoices (payment method, billing details, downloads). Added items are charged right away, prorated, and removed ones come off the next invoice.
Transcript
Billing lives in Settings, under Billing. The Overview starts with your current bill: the base plan plus every add-on, and the date of the next invoice. Below it, a meter for everything you use shows what's included and what's extra, or switch to line items to see the unit prices. Each tab looks after one part of the bill. Social accounts lists every connected LinkedIn and WhatsApp account, and who it's assigned to. Users shows your seats. Mailboxes shows every synced inbox. Credits shows what's left this cycle, lets you buy more or turn on auto top-up, and keeps an activity log of every credit spent. Invoices keeps your payment method, billing details and past invoices in one place, ready to download. Anything you add is charged right away, prorated, and anything you remove comes off your next invoice.
All new workspaces start with a 7-day free trial with full access. Vetta asks for a credit card at checkout, but nothing is charged before the trial ends: the checkout shows Total due today: $0.00, and the first $99 payment is due the day the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
Credits
Credits pay for the work Vetta's AI and data lookups do for you. Enrichment, AI-written messages, reply drafts, Vetta Brain and Ask Vetta use credits. Finding leads with a Lead Scout agent does not, so your scout keeps searching whatever your balance.
The Credits tab in Settings > Billing shows what is left this cycle, lets you buy more or turn on auto top-up, and keeps an activity log of every credit spent. What each action costs is listed in Data enrichment.
If your balance reaches zero, nothing is deleted and the CRM and inbox keep working, but the actions that need credits can't happen. Running out works like a sending limit: sequence sends that need an AI-written message or an email lookup are held back, and they resume as soon as you buy credits again (or your monthly credits arrive).
The Invoices tab keeps your payment method, billing details and past invoices, ready to download.
Step 4: Getting started page
After checkout you land in your agent. The Getting started card in the sidebar counts the days left in your trial and opens the in-app guide, a checklist with a brief walkthrough for each area:
- Integrate your accounts: email, calendar, and channel connections
- Core Integrations: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and the WhatsApp AI agent
- CRM Entities: contacts, organisations, and deals
- Pipelines: structure and deal organisation
- Workflows: automation for recurring tasks
- Sequences: your first multi-channel outreach campaign
- AI Layer: Vetta's AI features
An onboarding video and a Book a Demo option are available from the same page. For what to do first, see Getting Started with Vetta.
Which levers should I adjust?
There are no plans to pick between, only levers to move as your team grows. Each lever has its own tab in Settings > Billing: Users (Invite user), Social accounts (Add account), Mailboxes, Managed inboxes and Credits (Buy credits). Additions are charged right away, prorated; removals come off your next invoice.
- Solo operators or founders: The base plan covers this as-is: one seat, one social account, and 5 mailbox syncs.
- Small sales teams (3 to 10 reps): Add a seat per rep at $39 a month each, and an extra social account at $19 a month for any rep who needs their own sending identity on LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
- Teams running heavy outbound: Add Lead Scout agents at $29 a month each to cover more segments, and extra social accounts or mailbox syncs to raise your monthly reach ceiling.
- Larger or established organisations: Add managed inboxes (from $5 a month each) for cold email at scale, plus enough seats and credits to match headcount and enrichment volume.
Common questions
I didn't get the verification email. What now?
Check your spam folder: the confirmation message sometimes lands there. You can also register with Google or Microsoft SSO instead, which needs no verification step. See Step 1: Register your account.
Is there more than one plan?
No. Vetta has a single plan at $99 a month with everything included, and you add only the levers your team needs: users, social accounts, mailbox syncs, credits, Lead Scout agents and managed inboxes. See Step 3: Select your plan.
When is my first payment taken?
The day the 7-day trial ends. The checkout shows Total due today: $0.00, and if you cancel before the trial ends you're not charged. See Step 3: Select your plan.
What happens when my credits run out?
Nothing is deleted and the CRM and inbox keep working, but sends that need AI generation or an email lookup can't happen. They resume as soon as you buy credits again, or when your monthly credits arrive. See Credits.
Does my Lead Scout agent stop when I have no credits?
No. Finding leads doesn't use credits, so your scout keeps searching whatever your balance. See Credits.
How much does it cost to add a teammate?
$39 a month per extra user. Additions are charged right away, prorated, and removals come off your next invoice. See Which levers should I adjust?.
Where can I see what I'm paying each month?
Settings > Billing. The Overview tab shows your current monthly bill and a meter for each lever, and Line items breaks down the included amount, usage, unit price and monthly cost of each line. See Step 3: Select your plan.
Where are my invoices?
In the Invoices tab of Settings > Billing, together with your payment method and billing details, ready to download. See Credits.
Key outcome
Once you have registered and picked your plan, you have a workspace built from your company, with your lead agent, sequence and first leads, and your name and role on every message sent for you. You have an active 7-day free trial, with nothing charged until it ends, and the Getting started guide to take you through the rest of the setup.
